The homeowners here loved to host large groups of people at their lake home, but were constrained by the footprint of the kitchen and limited seating. We were able to reconfigure and expand the kitchen by removing a load bearing wall to provide more entertaining space. The highlight of the kitchen was a 10 foot by 12 foot marble island capable of seating 10 people. Among some of their favorite features are two dishwashers that help them keep up with entertaining needs, a 180-bottle capacity wine fridge, and a bar area for the ultimate lake party experience.
