This is a home built in 1937 and was in desperate need of structural updates to help it stand strong for the next 100 years. We made the bold decision to transition this home from a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house to a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, with a large kitchen as the jewel of the home. After reframing nearly the entire house, and extensive repairs to the foundation and crawlspace, we brought this home back to life. Two new designer bathrooms, custom coffee and dining area, and gorgeous wood flooring are a few of the crowning achievements of this project.
