Most of our projects finish in about 4 weeks. Older homes occasionally surprise us behind the walls, but because we investigate thoroughly during design, those surprises are rare, and we tell you immediately if one comes up.
Yes. Anything involving structural, plumbing, or electrical changes requires City of Durham permits, and we manage the full process including inspections.
